My approach is somatic-based and person-centered, which means I focus on helping you tap into your own inner guidance, rather than providing direct advice or making interpretations. I believe in the power of self-reflection and body-mind awareness to foster deep, sustainable healing. I work relationally and with sensitivity, supporting clients in reconnecting with their bodies, building internal safety, and reclaiming parts of themselves that have been silenced or dismissed.
I bring a trauma-informed lens shaped by my clinical focus on intergenerational and racial trauma, along with a deep commitment to cultural humility and decolonizing frameworks. I continually engage in learning around systemic harm, healing, and liberation, and support people navigating identity, self-trust, and belonging—especially those who’ve had to adapt, perform, or care-take in order to be safe or accepted.
Creative expression, spirituality, and humor are grounding parts of my own life and naturally color the lens I bring to therapy. I believe healing includes room for mystery, imagination, and joy—even alongside grief and complexity.
I work especially well with individuals who are:
- Healing from relational and attachment-based trauma
- Living with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or other forms of neurodivergence
- Moving through burnout, people-pleasing, or internalized perfectionism
- Exploring identity, self-acceptance, and belonging as an LGBTQ+ person
- Navigating life as a highly sensitive person or empath
