Basically, I’m a facilitator of your inner wisdom and innate drive to heal. The approaches I use, are widely recognized approaches treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life inhibiting habits that resist cajoling to change them. Such habits might be poor boundaries, harsh self-criticism or perfectionism. Common to all these approaches; Sensorimotor, Janina Fisher’s Trauma Informed Treatment, EMDR, and The Flash Technique; is they update outdated negative beliefs, increase resilience and choice.
