I have worked as a Counselor/Psychotherapist for over twenty years in both private practice and health care settings. I believe when client and therapist are in resonant contact a felt sense of their connection creates the atmosphere within which healing takes place.  I aim to be a facilitator of assisted self-discovery for the client.  The relationship is the catalyst that facilitates change, understanding and growth.
My orientation is holistic and is influenced by Eastern philosophy healing modalities, by the natural world, and my own growth journey. We all have the infinite potential within and with support, we can access our own innate wisdom, effecting change in our circumstances and in our lives.
