My expertise lies in trauma-informed care, specializing in treating trauma across diverse populations, including veterans. I hold certification in EMDR and have recently incorporated sensorimotor psychotherapy into my therapeutic approach.
I am deeply committed to assisting individuals in navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and difficult life situations.
