I work with clients who are facing systemic barriers, including economic hardships, educational inequalities, and challenges related to race, gender, and sexuality. Additionally, I support individuals dealing with chronic illness or pain, helping them find acceptance and commitment on their healing journeys. I recognize how ongoing stress and trauma can contribute to anxiety, depression, and physical discomfort. My approach is shaped by liberatory training and my personal experiences as a trauma survivor, enabling me to deeply empathize with those seeking lasting relief. A central focus of my practice is to assist clients in safely reconnecting with their bodies and exploring trauma through the lens of the nervous system.

I strive to provide affordable healthcare and access to alternative healing practices, empowering individuals to learn effective coping strategies, establish and maintain healthy boundaries, and navigate their complex systems. My work is grounded in Buddhist Psychology, Contemplative Psychotherapy, and Liberation Psychology, all of which honor the inherent wisdom within each person.

Healing is a journey that requires "strength, courage, and wisdom." I am here to support you as you navigate both the celebrations and challenges that will lead you toward your ultimate liberation. If you’re interested, please reach out to schedule a free consultation (up to 30 minutes). If cost is a concern, we can discuss sliding scale options that may be available to you.
