I believe that a person's well-being requires care for the whole person emotionally, psychologically, physically and spiritually. The stories we carry about ourselves and our life experiences can have a significant impact on our daily lives. I seek to support clients in coming to their own conclusions about what helps them to find a meaningful path for themselves.

I believe in providing hope, dignity and compassion for each person I work with as they search for ways to connect with what is true and meaningful for them in the midst of life's challenges.

I seek to co-create a therapeutic experience with clients that is inclusive, non-judgemental, respectful and caring. This allows clients to explore vulnerabilities in order to realize emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

I am a Masters level, registered social worker and I provide counselling for individuals aged 16 and older. I seek to provide an inclusive space, respecting intersectional identities, including BIPOC, LGBTQ2S+ and disability communities.

Over the course of the past 20 years I have had the privilege of supporting people in many areas of their lives. My key areas of practice include: post-pandemic stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship dynamics, life transitions, pregnancy/post-partum/parenting, fertility, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, post-secondary education, eating issues and body image.
