Has childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, or life circumstances created emotional pain, physical pain, confusion, or self-doubt? Each of us has the capacity and potential to live a peaceful, fulfilling, and satisfying life. We can work together to make this growth possible. I have extensive experience in transforming patterns that cause depression, anxiety, distress, and disconnection from one’s self and others.

My clinical specialty is adults who carry the legacy of childhood trauma. I work collaboratively with each client to create an environment in which the healing process can take place. My clients and colleagues tell me I am insightful, knowledgeable, relational, and highly skilled. Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, being a mind/body talk therapy is my favored modality because trauma deeply affects the body, as well as the mind. “...therapy [that includes] both, touches the soul” (Ron Kurtz)
