As human beings, we are driven towards inner balance, and many situations in life can impact functioning and offset balance. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating concerns, eating disorders, grief, adjustments, and life adjustments. Collaboratively, we will work together on your goals, while noticing the strengths that lie within you and your authentic self. I have worked in a variety of settings, including: outpatient, school-based, residential treatment centers and community based.
I incorporate various therapeutic approaches to support clients in regaining balance and experience healing. I utilize holistic and relational strategies. I am trained in EMDR and Level I of Sensorimotor Therapy. I emphasize client-centered care, a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship, and a collaborative approach. It is important you can feel heard, worthy and live authentically.
Every person deserves the experience of unconditional positive regard, human dignity and respect. It would be an honor to meet you and discuss the next steps.
