A sense of disconnection often accompanies an expected, or unexpected, life change. We may struggle to understand, experience overwhelming emotions, have physical symptoms, or fear that our relationships are in jeopardy. As a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) and a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, my practice includes healing through the resources of the body, thoughts and emotions.
