As a Sensorimotor and EMDR practitioner specializing in eating disorders, trauma, addictions, and suicide prevention, Kristin believes that there are valid reasons and needs underneath the behaviors we use to cope and numb. When we can address the reasons we numb while identifying ways to meet our valid needs instead of solely focusing on the behaviors we are using to cope, healing is truly possible. This healing also includes developing trusting relationships with our bodies and others.
