This event will explore the collaborative power of art therapy and SP in practice and the benefits of using art-based techniques with SP through experiential learning and creative exploration.
Participants will be able to engage in somatic inquiry, creative expression, and self-reflection.

Join us as we reflect and creatively explore art-based practices that support deepening into cultivating a relationship with the wisdom of the body.

This event will explore:

• supporting clients in cultivating somatic literacy
• somatic resourcing and the imagination
• cultivating a relationship with present moment experience and the organization of experience
• the process of externalization and SP practice
• explorations and prompts

You are invited to have simple art materials to reflect and explore with.
