We all have wisdom within us and a potential to change directions when the path we’re on is no longer working for us. I work with individual adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship and life transitions, grief and loss, and those recovering from traumatic experiences. My goal is to help you identify what is important to you, to look at patterns, to make sense of what’s not working (and what is) and ultimately, to help you live a richer life. My professional experience includes working with severe trauma and recovery with adults from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. I use body-based therapy when appropriate and agreed upon by my clients.
