I provide a welcoming, compassionate and accepting space for you to bring your struggles and wounded parts for reconnection, repair and resilience building. My journey towards wanting to effectively help my clients recover from the residue of trauma and attachment wounding led me to my training and eventual certification in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I focus on helping bring about deep intrapsychic shifts in old patterns in thinking and behaviour that have been holding you back from living your life with freedom from unnecessary struggle. I am a Music-Integrated therapist and a member of the Canadian Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
As a therapist, you can expect presence and attunement to your particular way of organizing. You can expect warmth and curiosity as I make gentle contact to your pain and help you discover moments of transformation. I have a deep interest in keeping up to date with current neuroscience research into how our brains can change and have done training in memory reconsolidation tools.
I see individuals, couples and youth for online sessions that honour the body, mind and spirit as equal emerging resources. I offer supervision sessions for new and experienced therapists as well as experiential sensorimotor sessions to support your training.
I am committed to an anti-racist, decolonizing practice rooted in the principles of non-violence and organicity to meet you where you are and provide a landing space for you to discover your inherent wisdom.
