Chantelle Maubert-Stewart, BSW, MSW, RSW

I am a registered Social Worker (BSW, MSW, RSW) and a graduate of the Factor- Inwentash School of Social Work at the University of Toronto. I am also a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I am a Level 1 trained IFS Therapist. I am also a Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1 Therapist.

I started my career working in social service and healthcare settings and have sought out additional training in experiential approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Somatic Therapy. I find these modalities to be the most effective in helping my clients create healthier patterns and find harmony in their inner and outer worlds.

I typically work with individuals struggling with childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, people pleasing, parenting hurdles and burnout.
