I work with adults to resolve anxiety, trauma, PTSD and depression. I also have experience working with chronic pain and health or illness related concerns. I draw from multiple theoretical backgrounds to assist my clients, including a special interest in the mind-body connection that recognizes how someone’s life experiences influence their mental, emotional and physical development. I believe in an experiential and holistic approach to therapy that involves enhancing personal strengths, cultivating compassion, the experience of self-discovery and in helping my clients connect with their own innate capacity for hope and healing. I value and feel honored to assist any person that comes to the Center. I strongly believe that all persons have within themselves what is needed for true hope and healing, and I assist my client in that self-discovery. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, woodworking, gardening, playing with my two dogs and spending time with friends and family.
