My core competence is in working with Trauma informed care, Anxiety disorders, and PTSD using Complex Trauma structural dissociation models, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1, IFS , Safe and Sound Protocol, Meditation, Polyvagal Theory and EMDR (Levels 1,2,3 ). I offer an integrative trauma toolbox focusing on transformation in the body from a curious and compassionate position. I have worked for over a decade in private practice, the NHS and I work as Clinical Lead for a Trauma clinic on Harley Street.
