Healing and movement towards well-being can sometimes feel like a long difficult process. I’ve been fortunate to work with and support many individuals through this process and I’m always grateful to have been given the opportunity to join them on their journeys. Through developing skills to cope with current struggles and moving through past distressing or traumatic experiences that feel like they might be preventing you from moving towards your own path of wellbeing, we can collaborate to make movement forward toward your healing.
I enjoy working with people who have had stressful, distressing or traumatic experiences throughout their lives which may have lead to having a tough time maintaining fulfilling relationships, questioning decisions, or low self worth among other things. I am committed to providing a space where you will feel able to be your authentic self.
