I offer a depthful therapy for people with anxiety and physical pain related to childhood trauma, to feel safety and ease in their bodies, and healthy empowered connections. Together, we work to witness what has been hard to face and led to a life of avoidance, whether through addiction, disconnection from self, or self sabatoge. I particularly Asian Americans; people who deal with extreme anxiety based health symptoms like pain, nausea, migraines, or fainting spells; and people who have health issues related to overwork and caregiving of others. I also work with people who have struggled to care for themselves and build healthy relationships.

My experience in sensorimotor psychotherapy began with early workshops with Pat Ogden in touch work, as well as adjacent somatic therapies in Feldenkrais, focusing, and psychophysical therapy with Bill Bowen; I now integrate depth oriented experience dynamic emotional focused therapy, for the power building safety in the therapeutic relationship.
