Having trained as both a physiotherapist and a psychotherapist I work very holistically and will always involve the body as a resource in therapy. I firmly trust in the wisdom of the client, body and soul, and I view my role as a therapist as a facilitator or guide who helps the client to get in touch with this wisdom and in that way gets the ability to heal and navigate more confidently in life. My clients will always be met with gentle curiosity and authentic interest. I deeply appreciate the Sensorimotor principles of mindfulness, non-violence, organicity, unity, mind-body holism and relational alchemy, and build on them to promote physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being. My main focus areas are anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, attachment injuries and stress.
