Details
My consultation and psychotherapy practice is grounded in the development of gentle, mindful curiosity toward internal experience as the foundation for regulation, compassion, and authentic clinical presence. Within the therapeutic relationship, this embodied self-attunement supports both precise intervention and meaningful relational change.
I work primarily from a Sensorimotor Psychotherapy framework, integrating somatic neuroscience, developmental theory, and relational, experiential practice. I provide consultation for clinicians in Level I, Level II, and Certification, with emphasis on embodied case conceptualization, tracking nervous system states, sequencing of interventions, and working with C-PTSD, trauma, and attachment injuries, including dissociation and implicit memory. I also integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based approaches where clinically appropriate.
Consultation is collaborative, attuned, and fully engaged. Clinicians often experience our work as grounding, dynamic, and clarifying, supporting both nervous system regulation and clinical precision. I attend closely to moment-to-moment process, helping therapists to practice present moment states, track subtle somatic and relational cues, refining clinical thinking, and access greater confidence in their interventions. I am especially attuned to cases involving relational trauma, shame, identity, and complex developmental histories.
My work is informed by Buddhist psychology and contemplative practice, with particular attention to the development of therapist presence and the relational field. I bring an explicitly anti-racist, feminist, and liberation-informed lens and specialize in supporting queer and LGBTQIA2S+ clinicians and clients.
I offer consultation as a space for clinicians who value depth, embodiment, and integrity to refine their work and strengthen the integration of somatic process, relational presence, and trauma-informed care.
