I am a mental health counselor working primarily with adults. My approach is body-centered and incorporates tools from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Compassionate Inquiry, and Family Systems theory. I guide clients to use the wisdom of the body to work with different types of trauma (single incident, developmental) and to access deep seated beliefs and emotions. With clients who are religious or spiritually inclined, I find that faith can be a great resource to incorporate into therapy. My approach is gentle and compassionate, creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space for clients to explore new ways of being.
