My approach is mainly informed by Psychodynamic, Existential-Humanistic and Cognitive-Behavioural (third-wave) theories as well as Buddhism, in addition to Sensorimotor psychotherapy. I work with adolescents and adults who have been suffering from emotional distresses and personality difficulties, and who have been traumatized and/or diagnosed with PTSD or Complex PTSD.
