My office is located in Mesa, and I specialize in treating eating disorders as well as trauma. I incorporate what I have learned from my experience as a clinician at multiple residential eating disorder treatment centers as well as a residential PTSD/trauma treatment center.
I utilize techniques that I have gained through my training in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to restore a sense of calm within the brain and body. I also utilize other approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and Expressive Therapy to help my clients heal and embody positive change and radical self-acceptance.
