Hello! The identities I hold are Queer, non-binary, white, fat, middle class, and unspecified Neurodivergent . I specialize in body-centered trauma work, with specific training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am also trained in Gestalt via the Applied Existential Psychotherapy model. I got my grad degree from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology in 2013. I am also trained, and continue to train, in being an anti-ableist Neurodivergent affirming therapist. I specifically work with trauma, attachment, grief, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQIA support. I only work with individual adults, about half my practice are members of the LGBTQIA community, and half identify as cisgender/heterosexual.
