There is something sacred about the experiences, the stories, that shape our lives. All stories have chapters of pain and heartache, but all stories also have hope for redemption, healing, and new life. It's my privilege to be a safe place for every part of your story, an advocate for your healing, and a champion of you fully becoming your authentic self. I do this through body-centered psychotherapy combined with an IFS approach to heal the parts of self that get fragmented throughout negative life experiences. The work done in between the walls of the therapy room can be the most transformative and powerful work of your life. It's messy, and challenging, and raw, and beautiful.
