My goal is to help you to discover new resources and skills to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I can help you do this by creating a compassionate space to process how your past and present are impacting the way you think and feel.
I integrate aspects of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to support your natural process of healing. With these types of therapies, we work to understand the purpose of your behaviors and to process the emotions, trauma, and burdens you carry with you.
