Founder and Clinical Director off Living Hope Counseling, I have enjoyed Practicing as a licensed marriage, family and addiction therapist in Arizona for 20 years. I have extensive training in trauma and abuse issues use sensorimotor psychotherapy to help integrate and heal unresolved trauma along with EMDR. I am also train in IFS, Internal Family Systems. This modality brings attachment theory to parts of ourselves that have been burdened by limiting beliefs and shame to a sense of freedom.
