Hi, my name is Laurita de Diego Brako, just like my name I'm a blend of Spanish and Ghanaian.

I am the Director of Support•Change•Heal, a private practice I started over 7 years ago. I've been a practicing psychotherapist for over 10 years, and earned my Masters in Counselling Psychology with a concentration in Group Psychotherapy from the Adler University in Chicago.

My thoughts on therapy- I believe its important to take a holistic approach and address all aspects of the individual.
