As a certified SP therapist, working with clients, who are navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity, Christian faith- struggles, and the long-term effects of growing up in unstable or emotionally unpredictable environments. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens not only through understanding our stories, but through safety reconnecting with the wisdom of the body.
