If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss of identity, life transitions, chronic fear, PTSD or trauma, relationship conflict, grief or loss of a beloved, triggers as a Highly Sensitive Person, or spiritual questioning, it is possible to heal: to have inner calm, clarity, peacefulness, self-compassion, authenticity, and empowerment.
I have 30 years of experience as an integrative therapist, specializing in neurobiological approaches to wellness, like Mindfulness, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Parts Work, and Spirituality (all forms).
