I consider myself a trauma generalist. I work with individual adolescents and adults. Typically those I work with seek my understanding and lived experiences with difference. I have an understanding of neurodiversity, I have experiences working with LBGTQIA+ individuals, I have provided support for those who do what I would consider to be “extreme parenting”, and I have worked with other therapists to support their own journeys of healing. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including the use of EMDR, IFS, DBR, EFT, and SP which are well researched effective therapeutic tools used to address the impacts of trauma.
