I work primarily with adults and youths, both individually and in groups. i believe in meeting individuals at where they are on their life journey and selecting an approach that best fits their unique needs. I bave particular interests in emotional experiential therapeutic approaches, with emphasis in helping individuals reconcile conflicts between how they feel and what they think. I try to hold a strength-based perspective, where i hope to assist clients explore their strengths to maximise their potential and find meaning in their life and journey.
