I am passionate about working with adults and adolescents dealing with trauma/PTSD/CPTSD, grief, oppression challenges, life changes, and the ways these weave together. Working together, we will center befriending yourself, trusting your inner strengths, increasing your ability to manage stress, and processing past wounding. This includes acknowledging and exploring how systems of oppression influence your well-being, sense of self, and relationship to others. I am experienced working with LGBTQ+, Latino/x, and neurodivergent communities. I don't have a magic wand that can make the pain or life challenges disappear. And I believe its possible to cultivate a larger container that holds the complexities of being human with more ease. While we may do deep, serious work together and there is always space for laughter, joy, creativity, and collaboration. I offer telehealth, office, and walk-and-talk appointments.
I obtained my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University. I obtained certificates in Embodied Social Justice (The Embody Lab, 2021) and Mindfulness Instructor Training (Naropa University, 2024).
When I'm not working I love tending to my plants, hiking, Kung Fu, and teaching myself new crafts.
