I hold a BSc Middlesex University in Psychotherapy and counselling with specialties in STOTT clinical Pilates and energy healing modalities. I work with community-based programs, have a private practice and am on the board of management of a community based support services for families affected by drugs and drug related violence. My clinical interests include working with marginalised communities, intergenerational trauma, PTSD, complex trauma and chronic pain/disabilities as well as exploring the holistic aspect of embodied health.
