My work revolves around the importance of the body in healing ourselves of past wounds and painful occurrences. This entails exploring how we presently cope in our lives, what kind of relationship we have with our selves and our inner lives, what has worked in the past and what may need to change. All of this is done in the spirit of collaboration and curiosity, using mindfulness and presence to explore how we experience the world.
