Details

I believe we're all whole and naturally seek balance. Unfortunately, emotional wounds and traumas can leave us feeling disconnected and unwell. In our work together, we'll welcome every part of you with curiosity and compassion. We'll tap into your innate wisdom and healing capacity as we heal the parts of you that are wounded or stuck. I'll help you understand how and why your nervous system shapes your experience, so you can learn to care for it and in doing so, reshape your story. We'll explore awareness of the body and breath, along with other body-oriented practices, to heal trauma and map out an individualized plan for your unique system with practices to decrease stress and increase well-being.
Caring for all parts of ourselves, including our bodies and emotions, enables us to show up for ourselves and others with greater authenticity, healthy boundaries, and joy.
My holistic, trauma-informed approach integrates Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and interpersonal neurobiology.
We all deserve to heal and this process is truly for everyone. I'd be honored to journey alongside you.
