I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and fully certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist (Levels 1–3), offering in-person sessions in London (SW19) and online. My work is grounded in trauma-informed principles and is shaped by the belief that healing unfolds across the interconnected layers of body, mind, and emotions.
I specialise in working with individuals navigating complex trauma, grief, anxiety, and experiences of disconnection - from the self, from others, or from a sense of inner steadiness. My approach is relational, intuitive, and collaborative. I bring curiosity, warmth, and deep respect to the therapeutic process, adapting each session to meet what feels most present and meaningful in the room.
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is central to how I support clients in developing internal safety, self-regulation, and embodied awareness. Together, we may explore body memory, relational patterns, parts work, and the ways in which early adaptive strategies continue to shape present-day experiences.
In addition to my clinical training, I draw inspiration from contemplative practices, creative modalities, and transpersonal frameworks. At the heart of my work is the intention to offer a space where people can be met as they are - without pressure to perform or explain - and gradually move toward greater integration, vitality, and self-trust.
