Details

I work from an integral view of psychotherapy, holding three basic tenets: 1) the mind, body, emotions, and spirit are inextricably connected; 2) the source of healing lies inside each of us; and 3) all of life moves towards creative evolution.

I honor that our painful experiences of mental and emotional distress contain insights. When approached with openness and curiosity our suffering can be healed, transformed, and integrated resulting in greater well-being. I intend to hold your distress with non-judgment and respect, offering you a safe space to approach your pain.

My goal is to support you in living a life of greater joy, intimacy, and courage, enabling your participation in the world from a more authentic expression of your being.

I work best with clients who value self-exploration and who want to cultivate intimacy with themselves, with others, and with life. Rather than solving problems from your thinking mind, I will help you access your embodied (i.e., thinking, feeling, sensing, spiritual) intelligence so that you can make conscious choices that express your authentic self. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, attachment wounding, relational problems, trauma, existential and spiritual issues.
