A warm welcome to you. My integrative and holistic approach is informed by my personal mindfulness meditation practice (vipassana/insight tradition) and includes a deep appreciation for the power of the body-heart-mind connection. I use evidence-based trauma-informed mindfulness interventions, 3rd wave behavioural therapies, and a somatic (body-centred) therapy called Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I also have training in grief counselling (including non-death loss). A warm welcome to you.
