Details
I am a Colorado-based trauma therapist and psychedelic coach with a master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University. I have worked extensively as a retreat leader for U.S. Special Operations Force Veterans and their families undergoing Ibogaine, Psilocybin, and 5-MeO-DMT experiences in Mexico. I served as a sub-investigator researching MDMA-assisted therapy for treating PTSD with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and have instructed hundreds of professionals from around the world on the clinical use of ketamine and other psychedelic medicines for the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI).
My approach to therapy utilizes the present moment to explore the narratives that our minds create, the felt sense experiences of our bodies, and the ever-present connection to That Which is Greater Than All of Us (however you define it). While I employ evidence-based techniques throughout my work, I ultimately believe that you are the expert on you, and I have a deep and profound faith in the innate healing intelligence of the individual. I accompany my clients through the depths of their being while also helping them to navigate the daily realities of our modern world. I believe the therapeutic process to be a sacred endeavor, and I am truly honored to be of service to the Community.
In my free time, I enjoy music, art, yoga, and any activity that strengthens the mind-body-spirit connection.
