I am a deeply empathetic and dedicated social worker and psychotherapist, with more than 15 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. My primary areas of focus are helping individuals in coping with trauma, managing mood instability, and delving into gender or queer identity exploration. As a devoted client-centered and trauma-focused practitioner, my ultimate goal is to establish a warm and secure therapeutic environment in which clients can confidently shed their old survival strategies and forge meaningful connections with their true, authentic selves.

My therapeutic approach is anchored in experiential (meaning based in experience) and client-focused principles, because while talking about problems can be helpful, I believe the true seat of change is experience. I utilize my training in sensorimotor, gestalt, and emotion-focused therapy to help clients transform their way of being in the world.
