I specialize in working with adults—couples therapy, trauma, patterns of self-sabotage, the intersection of professional and personal life and related complications, family of origin issues, episodic and developmental trauma themes. I am a believer in somatic work, experiential therapy, and growing a window of tolerance to better enjoy connection with self and others. I believe in having fun in therapy as well. This will likely be a challenging process, but will also include levity and laughter, as well as a deep sense of safety and respect.
