I am committed to joining forces together in therapy, and believe that wisdom, answers, and healing already live inside of you. With an understanding of neurobiology, we can understand how your brain works and why. With curiosity and openness, the mind can be unlocked and change does happen!
I specialize in helping people who are struggling with issues related to: addiction, chronic relapse, anxieties, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship struggles, perfectionism, self-esteem, blocks to taking care of oneself, relationship Issues, infertility and pregnancy, parenting, adverse childhood / trauma histories.
