For me, I have become to understand that the inner work of feeling safely connected/supported and quality of close relationships (family, partner, parents, siblings, friends), are critical for fostering a safe space for healing, regular satisfaction, and maintaining our overall wellbeing/life goals.
I know the impact family has on each of us is profound and important when considering our overall wellbeing. Understanding our unmet needs and family is significant for adapting behavior patterns to meet our current needs and our ability to trust and make lasting relationships.
