The majority of my training and practice experience focuses on guiding survivors of domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, sexual assault, and childhood sexual abuse through the stages of trauma healing and recovery. This often involves a blended use of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Clients often describe my style as warm and gentle with a compassionate and informed perspective on trauma survivorship. I strive to bring a paced, collaborative, and adaptive quality in how we move through the therapeutic process and value feedback of your realtime experience in the work as well as an interest in what consistency and adjustments you may need along the way. Having served a diverse range of client backgrounds and identities, I have come to understand that an equally meaningful component of our work together resides in the nuances of one's culture, gender, sexual orientation, and fluidity of Self. I invite you and your curiosity to reach out for a free consultation to talk more about what it might be like to work together.
