I am a strengths and recovery oriented psychotherapist, specializing in complex trauma and its outcomes. I am not a fan of the DSM and the overuse of drug therapy though I know it has a place, and I am a fan of Joanna Moncrieff. As a therapist, I believe caring is a "revolutionary" act in todays world, and am able to find hope in the darkest and most complex of situations. I work respectfully and collaboratively, and my own lived experience and the many years of personal therapy I have completed add depth and understanding to the work.
