Therapy is a journey walked with another who has expertise in guiding the collaborative, respectful and curious exploration of life's difficulties, with a purpose and end-goal in sight. Therapy aims to heal and transform our struggles through the development of resources and deeper self-understanding. This will be carried out in a way that will best support you, so that you might experience wholeness and move toward the fullest expression of yourself. This may be creative if you choose, with Art Therapy and/or body-oriented psychotherapy.
I am passionate about walking alongside others seeking greater self-understanding, exploration, meaning and purpose through spiritual and cultural means. I'm honoured to sojourn with those who've experienced trauma, struggle with self-worth, loneliness, overwhelming emotions and or their use of substances.
