I work with both individuals (and families) with depression, anxiety, developmental trauma, PTSD, chronic illness, and relationship difficulties. I also have much experience with people who are currently experiencing somatic manifestations of mental health issues -- often known by one of these names: Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures (PNES), Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), or Conversion Disorder.
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is one of many modalities that inform my practice as I determine and collaborate with people to help them understand their current difficulties in the context of various life experiences and situations.
