As an Integrative Counsellor, I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. In my counselling sessions, I offer a heartfelt space where you, at your own comfortable pace, feel safe to explore difficult emotions, feelings, thoughts, behaviours and relationships.
I practice from an experiential, mindfulness, and compassion-focused perspective.
