I help humans heal themselves through somatic & experiential practices that will invite you to experience something new within yourself.
My approach to therapy is holistic, individualized and collaborative. I use somatic (body-based), experiential, and mindfulness-based tools from my training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and as a trauma-informed yoga teacher (RYT). Together, we will use these tools to access unresolved emotions and trauma in your nervous system, allowing you to process what's been stuck, and experience something new.
